VIA Rail – CANRAIL SYSTEM & CORRIDOR PASSES

The VIA Rail Canrailpass is the perfect choice for people who want to go a long way on a limited budget. Travel from the Atlantic to the Pacific and even north to Hudson Bay!

VIA Rail CANRAIL SYSTEM PASS allows 7 trips anywhere within Canada in Economy class during a 21-day period. 

• 7 trips* in Economy class within a 21-day period wherever VIA Rail goes • Upgrade to premium classes (Sleepers, Business and Touring classes) NOT allowed • *Note: One free stopover per trip is allowed where a through fare would normally apply.   

VIA Rail CORRIDOR PASS allows 7 trips anywhere within the Windsor-Quebec City Corridor in Economy class during a 10-day period.

• 7 trips* in Economy class within a 10-day period within the Windsor – Quebec City corridor • Upgrade to Business class NOT allowed •  *Note: One free stopover per trip is allowed where a through fare would normally apply.

Discounted VIA Rail CanRail Pass or Corridor Pass: Bookings must be made at least 1 day prior to departure. Supersaver VIA Rail CanRail Pass or Corridor Pass: Bookings must be made at least 3 days prior to departure.   The number of seats available to Rail Pass holders is limited.  More seats are available for Discounted CanRail Pass or Corridor Pass bookings than for Supersaver CanRail Pass or Corridor Pass bookings.
